Shipping and return policies for Pannik

Shipping Info
All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping. All orders are shipped Standard, if you would prefer Tracked shipping please contact me.

All packages are shipped via regular post from United Kingdom.

In case of pre-ordered items, the order will be shipped within 7 days from the day of availability of the goods.
Return Policy
I offer a returns policy on all physical items.

Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, I shall either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged).

You must notify me of the problem via email / through the contact form and, after my reply, return the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).

I will send you the replacement products according to the availability of my products and ONLY AFTER receiving the returned items.

If items are not delivered due to a mistake on my part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer.

If you get your address wrong and do not notify me before the order is sent, I cannot refund the postage costs. If I accidentally send you items that you did not order, I will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to me.
